At Viking Girl Dolls, we share your passion for exquisite dolls, be they pristine antiques, meticulously restored "fixer" dolls, vintage treasures, artist creations, or fine reproductions. Each doll holds a unique charm, and when we present a doll for sale, our commitment is unwavering – to showcase it accurately and in the best condition possible.
Antique items possess a certain charm with their occasional imperfections. We pledge to transparently reveal any minor blemishes, such as firing lines, earring, eye, socket, and rim chips, hairlines, or repairs. While we strive to distinguish original from replacement components and clothing, the authenticity of all parts cannot always be guaranteed. If you have any queries about a doll's condition, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and many global destinations. For international shipping, kindly contact us for specific details.
- Customers are responsible for any VAT, duties, and tariffs imposed by their respective countries. We maintain the integrity of values and descriptions on customs documentation.
- A 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax applies to all items and materials used in repairs.
- Your purchase will be fully insured during shipping, with insurance costs included in the shipping fees.
- We utilize reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or Federal Express for secure delivery.
- Layaway can be arranged for high value items as follows. Please contact me for arrangements:
- $1000-2500 up to 3 months
- $2500-5000 up to 6 months
- Over $5000 up to 12 months
- 20% deposit is required as the first payment.. If any layaway payment is more than 30 days late the layaway will be considered cancelled and all payments/deposits will be forfeited. Deposits and payments are nonrefundable and may not be transferred to another item.
- We send monthly statements showing amounts paid and due. •We require a layaway payment every month. Invoices will be sent to you.

- Full payments, inclusive of taxes and shipping, are due with your order unless a layaway arrangement has been established.
Our policy is as follows: Returns or order cancellations are only accepted if an item significantly differs from the written description and pictures provided.
For repair services, we request a 50% upfront payment based on the quoted cost, with the remaining 50% due upon sharing photos of the completed repair. When it comes to custom wigs and clothing, the full quoted cost, along with taxes and insurance, is due upfront. We will guide you on taking accurate measurements for wigs and costumes, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible if an item doesn't fit due to incorrect measurements on your part.
Wigs and shoes are typically completed within 1-2 weeks, while custom clothing orders are usually ready in 2-4 weeks. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
